[olug] perl modules

I am attempting to install some perl modules on a RHFC1.92 box so that I 
can install SandSurfer.sourceforge.net and it requires some perl modules 
to be installed first. I can't get them installed.

Required Perl Modules:
HTMLObject
Date::Business
Date::Calc
Pg
DBIWrapper

Connecting to MCPAN I fail installing Pg and the issues are long.

Can anyone help me with a problem that is obviously over my head?
