[olug] Windows XP SP2

I made the mistake of running the XP SP 2 auto update.
Before the auto update, everything worked fine.  Now I
have the following symptoms:

=> I can ping outside the network by ip address but
not by name.

=> I can ping local network by name and by ip address.

=> I defined two Cox DNS server addresses in the DHCP
server, and XP reflects this with ipconfig /all

I have coyote linux providing NAT services between the
LAN and the Cox cable connection, and a Debian
provides DHCP.

Mac OS X, Debian Workstation, and everything else
works fine.  Has anybody else recovered from this?
