[olug] Local Co-Location Providers

I am looking to place a server at a co-lo facility in Omaha.  Does
anyone have suggestions on a good facility?  I have already looked into
IPRevolution and Nebraska OnRamp.  I'm hoping to find a location that
has all the standard stuff (UPS, Generator, HVAC, multiple internet
links) but also caters to smaller businesses in their prising
structure.  24/7 access would be nice but it's not required. Any and all
suggestions are appreciated.
