I have some friends that have 5 ish servers at IP Revolution iprev.com So far they have done great things for dvauction.com they stream live cattle auctions (video/audio) over the internet, which are interactive with the people in the sale barns. Their requirements are quite high on bandwidth for a pretty reasonable price..
