You can register for it at the InfoTec website, http://www.infotec.org.
I'm not positive how the whole thing works, though.  You're registering
for one of two hour and a half sessions.  In order to get the LPI1
certification, you have to pass their 101 and 102 tests, so I'm not sure
if they're only offering one at the conference?

I e-mailed the "info" e-mail address listed on the InfoTec website, but
have yet to receive a response.
