I will have to second that vote for forecastfox. I use it on all my
machines and every customer I have shown it to love it. Easy to install
and run. 8)

It's not a separate app, but I'm a HUGE fan of ForcastFox w/i Firefox.
Profiles for each area you want to watch, radar thumbnail, verbose tool
tip w/ as much info as you want to add.
Newest version is supposed to ROTATE profiles so you can watch more
than
one area.
