[olug] emerge a "masked" package?

Guys,

I'm wanting to emerge the "jpgraph" package (a PHP based graphing
package), but it is masked by the "~x86" mask.  Is there a way to run
emerge from the command line and tell it to allow the ~86 masked packages
for just this single run?
