While I have not actually used NuFone it comes highly recommended from
several people I know and Jeremy is a good guy as well as a
Digium/Asterisk supporter.
Others I have heard good things about:
Nuvio
Broadvoice
NexGenesis Telemedia
Golinx.net
www.voip-info.org is the place to go for all things voip and has a good
index of voip providers.
