Well, we've already seen that Service Packs can't be
applied to systems with often-used PID keys, and most
likely windows update won't work for those systems,
either.
So long as my clients don't have problems, I don't
much care about the "I wish I was a REAL hacker"
people getting frustrated that their system can't be
updated.  Just so long as legitimate custeomers, who
paid hundreds of dollars for software which is
typically no better than the stuff given out for free,
can continue to get the support they're entitled to.
