It's not really helpful, but:

Shoot yourself, shoot yourself now!

Every encounter I've had with sendmail or sendmail documentation
assumes you already know all of the documentation.... a real
chicken/egg problem.  I do believe a friend pointed me towards an
Oreilly book at one time, tho... don't recall the name, sorry.
