[olug] Cleaning up multimedia (mp4) files

I'm looking for an application that can clean up
mpeg-4 files where the audio track is slightly longer
than the video track (by one-tenth of a second).

The applicaton (OR script?) should be able to slightly
cut off the end of the file and run automatically.

I believe the server is linux-based if that helps
although it could be Windows based.
