The 32nd Annual Infotec Business Technology Expo & Conference is taking
place April 5-7 at the Qwest Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Sponsored by the
Omaha Chapter of the Association of Information Technology Professionals
(AITP) this year's event will feature over 60 educational seminars.
Dedicated Tracks consist of Business, Solid Foundations Oracle, Security
and Software. There will be Linux Certification exams. All seminars receive
contact hours by the Institute f Certification of Computing Professionals
(ICCP).

Ronald Jeffries, XProgramming.com, Inc. will give the Wednesday, April 6
Keynote Address, Reality and Hype in Agile Software Development. Patrick
Gray, Internet Security Systems, Director, X-Force Operations, will give
the Thursday, April 7 Keynote Address, Security Strategies: How to Sleep at
Night Knowing Your Corporate Data is Secure.

The exhibition (April 6-7) will consist of over 100 booths displaying the
latest equipment, services and technology available. There will once again
be the ever popular Bill Justsen Computer History Museum, User Groups,
Bookstore and prize giveaways. The Grand Prize at Infotec 2005 is a
Harley-Davidson Sportster. One lucky participant will win this
Harley-Davidson Sportster, courtesy of New Vision Communications and AITP
Omaha. (Must register before 1:30pm April 7, be over 18 and be available or
have designated representative available for final drawing)

Additional functions taking place at Infotec are the Technology Celebration
Banquet & Awards, INTERN 'fest, Midwest Regional Homeland Security
Conference and INFOSEC breakfast meeting.
