Most excellent, have you evaluated the proportional values of 3rd 
dimension travel, to allow speedy insertions of troops in vital areas of 
the world, for fast pasification of the major goverments, to allows 
quick turnovers in world powers?  I belive this will be a key point in 
world domination.  And it would almost depend on Linux, since stability 
of the equations needed to calculate the randomnality of the 3rd 
dimension, would be required.  Wouldn't want a Blue Screen of Death as 
your walking through the portal. ;-)

I would be more then happy to discuss more about this, maybe we can 
share ideas, and become more resolved in our plots.
