[olug] CLARIFICATION: Large digital clock display

The First Scenario would use Linux (or Windows 98SE if
no other choice). The display will be output to two
large TV monitors (and possibly several smaller ones).
We already have a modulator.
Just have to setup NTP and DCLOCK
(once I can find it -- I couldn't find in the link
given earlier).
