Mail is stored in a hidden folder under your Documents & Settings 
folder.  It'll be something like C:\Documents and 
Settings\yourusername\Application Data\Thunderbird\  More specific 
information is available on Mozilla's website under the FAQ for 
Thunderbird & Mozilla
