I've set many people up with Highstream.net. Its around $7-9 a month,
depending on how much you pay for at a time. They are a national ISP
and I'm sure they have access numbers here. No special software
needed, just a regular dial up networking connection (a big plus in my
book, I hate the Juno, Netzero, PeoplePC, etc. crappy software). They
do have a dialer you can download if you want, its nice for traveling
because you can just choose the city you are in and it dials the right
number for you. They have decent spam blocking too but it sounds like
you won't need that.
