[olug] K3b and cdrecord command.

I can't find the "cdrecord" and when I try using
Synaptic to get them...I get errors.  I don't have the
specifics yet.  I'll post an update when I find out
more information.  I'm using the Kubuntu 5.10 (Breezy
Badger") Distro.
