We've lined up a space to use for the installfest.  And the handouts 
should be done this week sometime.  


As for the requirements, I'll list them here for future reference:

Capacity for 50 people
Power to support many PCs
HVAC to handle the temperature ranges expected.

Of course, those are only items I can think of off the top of my head.
