[olug] HP laserjet 2100 printer repair

hi all,

the dust hypothesis makes sense because the 2100 jumped from a 1:1000
jam rate to a 95:100 rate after I unpacked it from the move. lifetime
total pages printed is probably less than 20,000, as it is running the
4th toner cartridge in 8 years.

my first step will be the service manual from Shawn (big thanks!)  and
thanks everyone for the troubleshooting and repair suggestions.  i'm
in the market for a dependable duplex printer, any experiences?
