Yes.   Just like vi(m).

ESC yy ... yank link
ESC pp .. paste line
ESC dd ... delete line
ESC w or b ... jumps forward backward by word
ESC 0 or $ ... beginning / end of line
ESC A ... Append mode end of line
ESC j or k ... goes through history if you have it enabled
ESC D ... Delete to end of line

etc ...
