Remember, after 9/11, the news reports that the FBI systems were antiquated
and unworkable?
Apparently, the FBI's automated wiretap system runs on Windows machines with
terrible password policy. I don't have a problem with heavily regulated
wiretapping, but hasn't the FBI heard of least privilege? From a security
perspective, there are too many bad habits in the Windows world.
