[olug] Remote sound

Completely just a hint / shot in a given direction ... but... I could
have sworn that the old KDE sound backend... which I can't recall it's
name... supported network stuff as well ?  It was the daemon that
provided the mixing engine for the KDE desktop so things didn't have
to claim /dev/dsp all for themselves... and I think other programs
started using it for a while, too.  Can't recall it's name for some
reason.
