[olug] Kubuntu 6.06 and Automatix

Using Kubuntu 6.06LTS --

Trying to convert video from different formats and
back -- basically asf or DVD to mp4 and back.


I have tried Automatix but I get--

Error - Ark 
The utility is not in your PATH
Please install it or contact your System
Administrator.
