It impacts virtually every platform that supports automatic adjustment for
daylight savings time. This includes Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, Windows, Mac OS
9, Mac OS X, Java (yes), Oracle, and more. While it isn't too big of a deal
(outside of the trainwreck that is Exchange), it is definitely something to
be aware of and to be ensuring that you're ready for.
