In the case of Windows, "latest and greatest" is usually a contradiction in terms...
I know we won't be deploying Vista at work for probably a couple of years.  That means rolling back new computers to XP, but after seeing other places suffer terribly from things like Klez and Nimda, it's a good call all around...
