It looks like your site is currently free of advertising -- good. If I
wrote/sold a piece of software, and someone unknown to me started a "Users
Group" but had lots of advertising plastered all over it, that would cause
me concern. (Today the ads might be benign, but if the site becomes
popular tomorrow the ads could change and cause an image issue.)
On the flip side, if someone started a "Yahoo Groups" user group list,
would/could this company stop that too? (And if this has already
happened, but the company hasn't done anything, that should set president
for your site.)
And to end this letter, the obligatory "I am not a lawyer." comment... :-)
