I third Gmail.

I only recommend against Yahoo! Mail. Their SMTP servers do not reliably
deliver messages once it has been accepted. No bounces, no sign of the
message in the recipient's INBOX - the message just disappears.
Sometimes they give you the courtesy of a bounce, sometimes they bounce
messages to a valid user with a "no such user" error.
