[olug] VNC w/Qwest

I used to have Cox cable modem and was able to remote into my PC, then after
switching to Quest cable modem, I was unable too. If you find a solution,
please post it and e-mail me with it, I asked for a static IP, from Qwest,
and the lady on the other end wouldn't give one even for money, so perhaps I
got a bad rep or they no longer give out static IPs??
