The Nebraska State Legislature runs a http mirror at http://mirror.ne.gov
for Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Edubuntu, Debian (MAY not be mirrored successfully),
and VLOS.

Xubuntu points back to ubuntu' servers which is a little unfortunate because
that would be the distribution often used on nothing but net installs.
