I'm a big fan of Wiki's for Intranet's, personally.  I've also used
Drupal, although it was a little while ago, and it worked very well.
I'd be more likely to use Drupal (or something else that was more of a
pure CMS) for an external site, and a Wiki for an internal site,
though.
