[olug] Hauppauge TV card recommendations

If you are on Cox the great TV equipment purge of 2009 will mean very 
little to you.  The FCC is only mandating that Over-The-Air (OTA) 
broadcasts be switched to ATSC.  Cable customers will be at the mercy of 
their cable companies.
