Actually, it's all Fridays except Holy Days of Obligation. Lent just adds 
fasting on top of the regular abstinence from meat. Technically, we are also 
obliged to abstain from meat on ordinary Saturdays as well, but for some odd 
reason the United States has an indult dispensing us from it.
