I don't know how the Treo stores things, but you might look at <a
href="http://www.eblong.com/zarf/zcatalog.html">Z'Catalog</a>. It lets
you change any aspect of any "file" on the palm, including the flag
that says that it needs to be backed up at the next hotsync.
