[olug] nuvexport -- ipod

Seems some recent yum update has replaced my ffmpeg w/ a version that 
doesn't have the needed parts for converting to ipod/mp4 format.

This happened once before, however, I didn't document it's "repair". 
Anyone else re-fixed this?
