[olug] sendmail help - speed up delivery from the queue

Well, yeah.  That's not the first stupid thing I've seen webmin do,
which is one reason I avoid it.  If you want to merge your change
directly into sendmail.cf, try adding this line:
	O MaxDaemonChildren=12

(That's the letter Oh at the beginning)
