Not true. You're no longer using Linux, but rather an illegal closed source 
operating system. nVidia's kernel code is a GPL violation and saying this is 
the same as saying "That is the beauty BitTorrent gives us all, choice to 
choose to use Photoshop/Windows/etc without paying a dime for it!". Both are 
copyright violation.
