Usually the Iowa-side folks attend the east lunch.  I don't know what 
the attendance is there now, or how many are Iowans.  But if there are 
enough Iowans and not all that many Nebraskans, maybe it would be 
smarter to move the east lunch to CB.  Or if there are still enough 
Nebraskans, just add a third location.
