Thanks Rob. I didn't think about this -- I did use the same SSID on the
DD-WRT but I didn't delete the reference in the MBP.
But I do have sad news to report -- I've been having the same problems with
the Netgear that Craig gave me, it just took a day or so for it to appear.
I emailed Craig off-list and he suggested roaming around the block with the
laptop to figure out where the bad network/device is coming from that is
effecting my wireless.
I will say this -- with the Netgear attached, I generally see full-bars when
the MBP wakes up from sleep mode, but can go away in 30 seconds after waking
up. So I can get email, but then the connection goes away. Highly, highly
strange.
does anyone have any more suggestions other than taking a stroll with my
laptop? I'm not against that, I just haven't had a chance lately.
