Not to nitpick, but the GPL does not require publication of modifications, nor 
anything specific to the modifications themselves. You are required to 
include (or offer) the source only to those who are receiving the binaries, 
and then it must be the complete source (diffs are not sufficient)-- and even 
if you didn't make any changes at all.
