there is this great hardware devise call keyghost although not cheep ($89-300) it captures ALL key strokes, logins password chats EVERYTHING no matter what OS is used and comes in a dongle or embedded keyboard.

simply replace the keyboard with a "new keyboard" and they would never know.

and for the more malevolent people out there slap this on a public terminal and just imagine the possibilities.
