How cheap is cheap?  I've had one of the ~$50 Samsung lasers for a few years and am still happy with it.

If you need it now you can also pick it at Staples for $50, *after* the $50 rebate.  Staples rebates are super easy though.  We have one in Omaha now at 78th & Dodge, I think its open already.
