[olug] [OT] recipe manager

Not that I'm totally opposed to Gnome apps, but does anyone know of a
good recipe app for KDE? I installed one from the Community repo in
openSUSE 11 for my mother, and the app immediately crashed the first
time I ran it. I never really followed up on that, but I know she was
looking for some recipe software.

Also sadly a bit OT, if anyone locally here knows anything about PS3
repair, please contact me off list. My daughter just shoved change in
my PS3 and ruined the BluRay drive. The disc spins and I get a disc
read icon on the XMB, but it doesn't read DVDs, CDs, or BDs. I need
to see about repairing/replacing the lens/laser assembly. I can
disassemble it and likely replace it myself if need be, but I don't
know enough about troubleshooting them to decide if I should spend
$100 on parts, or consider my PS3 a lost cause and sell it for parts
at this point.
