[olug] Advice on a new rig

The 32-bit memory limit is 3.2Gigs, at least in my case. I'm not sure under
what circumstances the last Gig is reserved, as I can't seem to find a
straight answer about this. The server kernel enables PAE support, so you
are actually using 36-bits.
