What are the positives/problems you have seen that I should be concerned about?  After looking at the XenSource site, I like what I see but what should I be watching out for??

I wouldn't call myself an expert, but I have used Xen quite a bit, and
we make pretty heavy use of it at work (in production for over 2
years).  I'm pretty familiar with it at this point.

Did you have specific questions about Xen?  Or are you just looking
for more general information about Xen and using it in a production
environment?
