There is a dotProject web hosted app setup.  The project colo guys may want
to start at company=olug.org and project=CoLo.  It can break down tasks and
does something with budgeting.  Actually, i meant it to be another
company=olug-colo.  The olug.org company would be for install fest stuff.

Just a thought, but maybe we should look at the source forge donation system
as a way to handle money.  Use sf;net's system ourtight or something like
it.
