Just north of L at about 85th and 87th and K, there are TWO industrial
supply companies specializing in nuts and bolts.  Graybar is at 90th
and J.  Fastenal in particular may know exactly what you are talking
about when it comes to the tabs:

Fastenal
Nebraska Iowa Fasteners

By the way, i spent 3 hours looking for the 12-24 bolts Thursday and
Friday because stores do not stock it (except Graybar).  N and I
Fasteners came up with a bunch right away.

Common Bolt Sizes for cabinets and racks:
10-32
12-24 same as 7/32-24   (VERY UNCOMMON at RETAIL Stores!)
