[olug] OT: Virtualization - Server Spec's

Just a curious thought.  I typically use memory as my "main" design
specification among CPU/Disk/Memory and purchase servers based on
their cost per GB of memory.  However, I do keep in mind what my
average load of the virtual machines on the server will be, I still
mainly look at memory.  What is the method to YOUR madness?
