Avocent makes some of the best KVMs, hands down. They are the OEM for
Compaq/HQ KVMs.

The AutoView 3008 is just under $600 and covers all of your "pluses".

Be warned that the server interface modules are sold separately and are
not cheap ($60-$70)...
