i can't believe i'm answering something so way the hell off topic, but i've
got a lot of ebay experience as a seller, so here you go friend...


paypal/ebay is/are going to take a huge cut of the revenue. search for
similar cars on motors.ebay.com to see what they are closing for, then find
out how much of a cut ebay&pp are going to take off the top. this alone may
make it not worth it.

rare cars are usually good sellers on ebay motors, but if you list it
auction style you may get burnt. with the economy the way it is, the market
for expensive playthings is not what it used to be, so don't expect the
auction to go as high as it would have a year or two ago. however, if you
use a fixed price, you may end up paying for a listing that produces no
results at all.

also, make sure you negotiate delivery/pickup in a way that won't set you
back, and make sure you make these terms clear in the auction.

finally, don't expect anyone to drop money unless you have solid ebay
feedback as a seller.
