If Debian Sarge will run on it.  The installer supported making boot, root, and driver floppy  from there you could install from a http or ftp mirror.

Ok, as a test, I can confirm that it will boot to a DOS floppy.  At
least Sam has saved me looking for a CD drive for it in the scrap bin.
 It looks like my options are either floppy install or an installer
that can find a PC card NIC and a network install.
